By using the Pixel Bondhu website and services, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before using our services.
Services Offered
Pixel Bondhu provides E-commerce Website Design , Service Website Design and landing page design solutions. All services are delivered based on the client’s provided requirements, content, and approvals.
Service Terms
We provide our services for a one-time project fee.
Each package includes a specific support duration:
Landing Page: 1 Month Support
Basic Website: 2 Months Support
Advance Website: 3 Months Support
Pro Website: 6 Months Support
After the included support period ends, we will still assist you when possible, but continued support is not guaranteed unless you purchase an extended support plan.
Content Responsibility
The client is solely responsible for all content provided to Pixel Bondhu, including but not limited to:
Text
Images
Videos
Logos
Product information
Pixel Bondhu will not be responsible for copyright or legal issues related to client-provided content.
Illegal Use Prohibition
Pixel Bondhu will not create, support, or develop any illegal, harmful, fraudulent, or prohibited websites or applications. If a client requests any service that violates the law, public policy, or ethical standards, Pixel Bondhu reserves the full right to immediately cancel the project without refund.
Advance Payment Policy
To start any project, the client must pay 50% advance payment through Mobile Banking or Bank Account only.
Work will not begin until the advance payment is fully received and confirmed.
Project Delivery Timeline
Project delivery time depends on the scope of work and client requirements. Any expected delays will be communicated clearly to the client.
Revision Policy
A limited number of revisions will be provided as agreed during the project discussion.
Any additional revisions beyond the agreed scope may require extra charges.
Refund Policy
If any issue occurs from Pixel Bondhu’s side and the project cannot be completed, the paid amount will be refunded.
However, all tool-related costs (such as domain, hosting, software, plugins, or any third-party tools) will be deducted from the refund amount.
The remaining balance will be refunded to the client, and purchased tools (if applicable) may also be handed over to the client.
Once the project has progressed significantly, refunds are generally not applicable except in special cases.
Final Payment Policy
After final confirmation and delivery of the project, the client must clear the remaining 50% payment within 48 hours.
Non-Payment & Ownership Rights
If the client fails to clear the full due payment within 72 hours after final delivery, then all ownership will be automatically transferred to Pixel Bondhu without any further notice.
This includes, but is not limited to:
Domain
Hosting
Website files
Design files
Source files
All advance payments already made
In this situation, the client will lose all claims over these assets permanently.
Support, Working Hours & Issue Resolution
After service delivery, all support and issue resolution will be provided only within Pixel Bondhu’s official working hours.
Some technical problems may require additional time to investigate and fix, depending on the complexity and third-party dependencies.
By using our services, the client agrees to wait patiently for proper fixing or alternative solutions, as all issues may not be instantly solvable and may go beyond our direct control.
Privacy & Data Protection
All client information is kept 100% confidential and will never be shared with any third party without permission, except where required by law.
Limitation of Liability
Pixel Bondhu shall not be held responsible for:
Business losses
Revenue loss
Data loss caused by third-party services
Hosting/server failures
Cyber attacks or force majeure events
Client Communication Responsibility
The client must ensure timely communication, feedback, and approvals. Any delay caused by the client may affect the project timeline.
Terms Updates
Pixel Bondhu reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Continued use of our services means you accept those updates.
Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed and interpreted under the laws of Bangladesh.
